Prescot Needs You

Imaginarium Theatre, on behalf of the Prescot Cultural Consortium, would like to invite local people who ‘play’ or ‘make’ professionally OR as a hobby (crafters, artists, growers, brewers, sports players, singers, musicians, actors, dancers, writers etc) to take part in a community celebration as we build towards Knowsley Borough of Culture and the opening of The Shakespeare North Playhouse in 2022. This pilot project ‘Act One: Prescot’s Makers and Players’ forms part of the wider High Street Heritage Action Zone Cultural Programme for Prescot. We want to showcase 10 local people (or groups) through a short film and street photography exhibition this summer, and we would love to hear from you! The majority of submissions will be exhibited digitally, so it is a great opportunity to show your creations to the world!
